FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

We provide mobile auto glass repair and replacement services. This includes fixing or replacing windshields, side windows, and rear windows. We also recalibrate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) sensors when needed.

How does the mobile service work?

Our technician will come to you – whether at home, work, or any convenient location – to repair or replace your auto glass. You don’t need to bring your car to a shop; we bring everything needed right to you.

How long does a windshield repair or replacement take?

A typical windshield repair takes about 30 minutes. A full replacement can take between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on your car’s make and model.

Do I need to be there during the service?

No, you don’t have to be there if we have access to your car. However, it can be helpful if someone is available to answer questions.

Will my insurance cover the repair or replacement?

Many insurance policies cover windshield repair and replacement. We can work directly with your insurance provider to handle the claims process. Just contact us, and we can help check your coverage and guide you.

Should I repair or replace a cracked windshield?

Small chips and cracks (usually less than the size of a quarter) can often be repaired. If the damage is larger or directly in your line of sight, a full replacement is usually safer. Our technicians can inspect the damage and recommend the best option.

How soon can you come to fix my auto glass?

We offer same-day and next-day appointments based on availability. Contact us, and we’ll do our best to work with your schedule.

Will the new glass be as strong as the original?

Yes, we use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or high-quality aftermarket glass that meets all safety standards.

What if my vehicle has ADAS features like lane departure warning or automatic braking?

If your vehicle has ADAS, we’ll recalibrate the system after a windshield replacement to make sure these features work correctly. This is important for your safety.

How long should I wait before driving my vehicle after a windshield replacement?

After a windshield replacement, it’s best to wait at least one hour before driving. This allows the adhesive to set properly, securing the glass.

Do you offer any warranties?

Yes, we offer a warranty on both the glass and our installation. If you have any issues related to our service, we’ll fix it at no extra cost.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and, in many cases, insurance payments. For self-pay customers, we’ll give you an upfront quote so you know exactly what to expect.

Can I wash my car after the windshield replacement?

Please wait at least 24 hours before washing your car to give the adhesive time to fully cure. After that, you can wash your car as usual.

Can you repair glass on all types of vehicles?

Yes, we repair and replace glass on most cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs. If you have a specific type of vehicle, please contact us, and we’ll confirm if we can service it.

What should I do if I notice a crack or chip in my windshield?

It’s best to fix any windshield damage as soon as possible since cracks and chips can spread over time. Contact us right away to avoid the need for a full replacement.
